Du provides perennial and specialized legal advisory services for many central enterprises and well-known listed companies. He has rich practical experience in initial public offering, major asset restructuring of listed companies, establishment and investment of private equity fund, energy investment and acquisition, and insurance asset management. In recent years, he has served as the lawyer in charge of the special research projects of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on the illegal operation and investment of central enterprises, and as the special legal adviser for the construction of compliance systems of several central enterprises.
