Gong serves as the legal adviser of many sports associations and sports administration centers, such as Chinese Football Association, Chinese Table Tennis Association, Volleyball Administration Center, and Beijing Sports Competition Administration Center. She has provided specialized legal services for international sports events such as the 2023 AFC Asian Cup, 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup, World Curling Championships, Ice Hockey World Championship and World Championships in Athletics. Moreover, she has also represented athletes in anti-doping hearings before international federations,  Court of Arbitration Sports and Swiss Federal Court. From years of practice, Gong has accumulated abundant experience in competition service, international sports arbitration, labor and personnel management, and intellectual property protection.
