Shi is now the head of the Criminal Department of East & Concord Partners, providing compliance services for many domestic and overseas listed companies and representing clients for a number of major cases, including but not limited to: the bribery and abuse of power case of Wang, the former president of China Credit Trust; the bribery and abuse of power case of Mu, the former Chairman of Beijing Environmental Sanitation Group; the bribery case of Tang, the former Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Resources Land Co., Ltd.; the bribery case of Wang, the former deputy general manager of Chinatex Corporation Ltd.; the case of misappropriating public funds of Wu, the former senior vice president of Dong'e E-jiao Group; the fund-raising fraud case of Credit Harmony Wealth; the case of illegally absorbing public deposits of Red Fortune; the case of illegal operation of Zhao, the former chairman of a NASDAQ listed company; the case of "11.05" extra-large network loan fraud cracked down on by the Ministry of Public Security. Shi is especially good at handling major, difficult and complicated cases.
Shi has a solid and profound knowledge on criminal law, as well as years of practical experience in frontline judicial work. He can provide clients with comprehensive and high-quality legal services, predict, avoid and handle various criminal risks. In 2022 and 2024, he was twice nominated for “the Special Issue: China Top 15 Lawyers - Commercial Crime & Criminal Compliance” by LEGALBAND, and won the “2023 GRCD China Compliance Award” for outstanding compliance lawyers in the criminal field.
