Since starting his practice, Yu has represented a number of class-action lawsuit cases for pre-sale commercial housing contracts and construction project contracts for many large-scale real estate enterprises, as well as cases of land and housing expropriation, administrative punishment, administrative enforcement disputes for governmental organs, and other major complex cases, and achieved favorable results for clients. In addition to real estate enterprises, Yu also served as legal counsel for several pharmaceutical and entertainment media enterprises, providing legal services on new drug R&D, investment and financing, performance contracts and other matters.
