Lynn Wang has participated in many investment and financing projects and has rich experience in each project phase from seed stage, angel investment, VC investment, Pre-IPO, backdoor listing to spin off. Wang has also worked with China ITS (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (01900) and served as the company’s legal director, deputy general manager of its Investment Capital Department and board secretary. She is also a member of the Internal Approval Committee of Shanxi Securities.
