Li has been licensed to practice in securities and fund industry and worked for a listed securities company in China before practicing in law. During his practising in law, Li has undertaken or participated in the legal affairs of multiple central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, government agencies, and was familiar with providing legal services including perennial legal services, dispute resolution, corporate and M&A as well as bankruptcy restructuring for enterprises or institutions. Li has participated in local legislative projects which obtained legislative review and approval. The bankruptcy projects undertaken by Li have been selected as typical cases in the court. During Li’s graduate studies, he was responsible for participating in the national "Challenge Cup" competition, and his works won first prize in the country. Li was also recommended by units such as the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, the Ministry of Justice, China University of Political Science and Law, and Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
