Since his practicing, Wang has extensive experience in corporate compliance and anti-fraud, criminal prosecution and defense, civil and commercial dispute resolution (especially in criminal- civil cross disciplinary cases), banking and finance. The clients represented include multiple state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, listed companies, equity investment funds. Industry sectors cover real estate, retail, healthcare, education and computer software.

In 2020, Wang passed the professional level assessment certification of the Shanghai Bar Association in the criminal, corporate and construction real estate fields. In addition, Wang also has obtained multiple professional qualifications, including Senior Corporate Compliance Officer and Fund Practitioner Qualification issued by the China Enterprise Evaluation Association.
