Ms. Danni Zheng is a Partner of E&C, who has worked for about 10 years in an international organization, a “Magic Circle”international law firm, as well as leading Chinese law firms. Her practice areas include domestic and cross-border equity investment and financing, ESOPs, M&A, general corporate, ESG and social enterprises, and dispute resolution. She has provided legal services to various start-ups, investment funds, multinational companies, public companies, SOEs, NGOs, and international organizations covering industries such as new energy, carbon neutrality, TMT, consumption, food, life sciences, education, culture and media, finance, infrastructure, and social innovation.She has professional qualifications in funds and securities.
